I initially began working with clients on a one-to-one basis as a Personal Trainer, in 1990. In 1993, I began training as a counsellor, as it had became clear to me that my clients were usually wanting to ‘resolve something’ other than just their physical fitness. At this time I began invested considerable time into the study of transpersonal psychotherapy and counselling, to include my own long-term participation in both individual and group transpersonal psychotherapy. Over the years I have attended numerous workshops in Transpersonal Psychotherapy at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) in London. In 2002 I trained as a Coach under an accredited body, (although I had been studying and using coaching techniques for many years with clients) and in 2005 I began using Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) with my clients. EFT techniques have dramatically enhanced my ability to assist my clients to become happier and more productive than ever.
I work with clients from a consulting room in Chichester, West Sussex, but I also work with clients from all over the world over the telephone.
I cannot always work personally with everyone who contacts me. But if I cannot work with you myself due to commitments, rest assured I will refer you to an associate who will do their very best to look after your needs.
I have made it my responsibility to personally find and work with some of the best individuals in the Coaching, Psychotheraphy, Counselling, Marriage Guidance Counselling, Parenting and Child Mental Health, EFT, Physical Fitness and Nutritional world. I wanted to learn from the best people I could find, thus build around me a close network of exceptionally outstanding individuals both for my own lifelong learning and so that I could refer my clients to them, should they require services away from my skills.
I am also an established writer. Over the years I have written countless articles for magazines and publications around the world, to include: Positive Health and Healthy magazine. Since 2005 I have been a ghostwriter for two published books for a successful author, and have also written a complete Diploma for an International organization for students to take.
